Is there a difference between Anti Tramp and Traction Bars?

I would like someone, if possible to explain the theory about them and the pros and cons.
Anyone fitted something like this to there vehicles?
Looking for some pics for ideas.

We suffered badly from shudder on the rear diff with the ute at last weekends gymkhana when launching and exciting corners while accelerating hard.

unless you have big power (ca18det etc.) a good set of new shock absorbers and rubber/nolethane bushes will usually fix this, i found coupe springs were a lot better in the back of my ute also

anti tramp and traction bars are the same thing

they work by eliminating or limting spring trist. got some on my car, but they dont make that much of a noticable difference as ive got pretty stiff springs and shocks

needed them when i first put the L series in coz i had stockish springs and stock spec shocks....nearly managed to jump the rear of the car off the ground if you tried to do a stand still

Will keep the shocks and rubbers in mind. Take it apart and have a look at them.
Will need to source some decent bushes here in SA.

PIGDOG, do you mind taking some pics for me.

or better still get a reverse eye done on the leaf this will eliminate the tramp and also lower the rear of the vehicle a bit
