Hi sam1741
Removing The Dash Board Cover is quiet easy, only thing that first you will have to unplug Switches in the Dash board from the main harness(ex : Head Lights, Viper, Heater etc),then slowly remove the screws under the dash and top of the dash board just above the gauges and also inside the cabin,Removing other parts of the dash is quiet a big work you may need to find the screws and remove it slowly, you may need time, be careful about your wiring harness connection once they are broken or disconnected it is difficult to fix them in the correct position,if you doubt about always keep a mark on the harness wire connections
Thanks regards Sumith

To start with, you have to drop the steering column to get the panel out without distorting it, so you need to remove the column surround & undo the 2 bolts which are 12 mm heads & undo them. It makes it easier to undo the column bolts is to remove the wiring to the back of the ignition switch. You then take the knobs off the choke cable, & the light rheostat, & remove these plus the rear window demister switch. You then remove all the phillip head screws that are on the outside of the plastic facing into the car, hidden under the dash between the demister switch & the rheostat, under the dash where the choke cable comes through, under the heater control panel ( the panel pops out & the knobs on the levers pull off) & 3 screws along the top above the guages. You then take the radio out, a 12mm box socket makes it easy. You have to disconnect the cigarette lighter wiring, & the wiring for the demister & the rheostat switches. This should allow you to remove the plastic panel to get to the guages. The guage cluster itself is held in by 4 screws, 2 at the top & 2 at the bottom, plus the wiring connections & the speedo cable, which turns off quite easily. the 2 main wire connections are removed from the cluster by squeezing in the upper & lower edges. The rest of the wire connections have 'locks', so you have a little bit of squeezing to get these apart. I can usually get this done in between 5 & 10 minutes, depending on whether the radio was in place or not. Take your time with this, because some of the fittings are fragile, & I've never found a glue that would work to stick them back together.
