You just have to clear off the old spring seat, linish the strut tube, slide on and weld around. I think there are cheaper around but you want steel weld on ones not grub screw type. Datsport etc. only seem to sell them to suit the larger tube struts.

You could buy a few sets of normal springs and get it right for the same expense of going to coilovers

While coilovers are good to adjust height and spring rates are more easily change if you were to go to that effort you've gotta shorten those struts!

also nothing wrong with the grub screw type, my 200kw 1600 with big fat 225 50 16 race rubber has done plenty a track day and ridden a few ripple strips with no problem. Thats just what the steel sleeve sellers tell you haha

cheap and very good quality with everything you need. Koni shocks are $303each cost and retail for about $380 each so screw them down for price. Cusco adjustable tops for b110 cost me $365.

the otomot ones look ok, and come with helper springs and the spanners too.

Thicker front swaybar (i use a adjustable 22mm), Shorten front struts and run a fermer insert, use smaller rear bump stops or cut them down, good adjustable rear shocks, 250lb springs on the front and reset rears with a extra full leaf and remove load spring. Coilovers on the front if the budget allows (we now do coilover kits for 120y/1200 45mm strut tubes)
