Just wondering how much power the A series 5 speed overdrive can handle. My engine builder has given me an estimate of about 300 to 350 HP at the fly of an A15. He is just
just waiting for my approval. Don't really want to replace another gearbox.

That's some talented engine builder! What mods is he doing to achieve that figure - obviously turbo and then some? The A 5 speed gets pretty wobbly over 120 HP. You are going to
have to graft a Toyota box on with a Dellow kit - and even then you're getting borderline with the numbers you're expecting. What's the rebuild consist of?

Can't say much for it is his secret. It will be road registered. Only thing I can say is that he builds top fuel engines amongst other race engines. Needless to say he knows what
he is doing.

350hp from a A15 !!! Ill beleive it when I see the dyno figures. Running methanol and say 40psi with blower would be strugling. The most Hp I have heard of from an A series is
around 250 with a very well set up engine on 30psi. Rigoli crew built it it run high 12's in a stock looking 1200 ute.
