has any one ran side drafts on the side of a ca18
brought this manifold off ebay $160 deliverd
would need to run 45mm to 50mm carbys?
only 40s on it in pic

40's are fine on a 1.8 litre, all depends on the main venturi [choke] selection. Whats the intended purpose of the engine? You can typically run up to 36mm chokes in 40mm weber /Dellortos.

40s are good for maybe 6500 RPM on a 1.8 liter.

Mikuni or Keihin Cv carbs from bikes are cheaper, lighter,
they allow space for longer runners, velocity stack.. etc.
Oh and look the goods.
