The facts speak for themselves !! I have been waiting since 3rd March for the parts. I have repeatedly ask for parts or refund. You have never offered to refund You have texted me stating no refund only parts when available. I have offered since to pay for postage. You have my bank details and address. Every time I have been in Sydney, you text me No money or parts. I have been messaged by other members stating similar problems with YOU. And for the record- Dont ever text, threaten me or my family physically you juiced out junkie.

nick whats with your lies mate when did i threaten your family? you are unbelievable.. You and i know the real story you can go on here and bad mouth me hope it makes you sleep better at night...As for everyone else jumping on the ban wagon i find it pretty funny think about the situation here if the situation was reversed you would all be pissed off if someone jumped on here lied about the situation at hand and put your personal details on the net..like i said not once have i met this clown yet he has said he has come and met me 3 times and ive showed no parts.. i have full text msg conversation stored in my phone i can email anyone of you and show you the constant replys and conversations with the clown.. if anyone wants my address pm me ill be glad to meet up with anyone of you and sort out our differences..

This is none of my business and I should shut up but here's my input-
At then end of the day, both of you have done the wrong thing.
Agro, as the title states, you have sold something "you don't have". You may have owned it but you didn't possess it so you probably shouldn't have listed it for sale until you knew you would be able to deliver the goods. I know when I've forked out my hard earned I want that item yesterday! Us Datto owners are a frugal bunch and struggle to part with our hard earned so something like this is more offensive than shagging his missus! You're saying you never made threats against his family and yet you post things like- "...meet up with anyone of you and sort out our differences.." which where I come from means I'm gunna kick your arse. This is perhaps a snapshot of your persona and suggests that threats of some variety have been made. If you still have the diff, send it to the bloke like promised or give him his money back, simple!
Nickmitty- Clearly you're far from in the clear either. I can understand that you're frustrated by buying something and then not getting it. It's something that we should not have to deal with in the tight know Datto community and a fear that probably makes people reluctant to trade for fear of getting ripped! In the short time I've been part of this forum I've bought heaps of stuff from members and found all of them to be awesome and very helpful. I'm sure if someone dudded me whether intentionally or not, I would be pissed. But......... Putting agros real name on the forum is totally wrong and hopefully just a frustrated action. The police avenue should have been the first plan of attack, not public name and shame. Totally not acceptable. I still think you should go back and delete any personal details from your posts. I'm happy for anyone to know my name on here but under the right circumstances!
In closing my findings (!!), let's grow up boys, admit that you've both gone about things incorrectly and resolve it like true members of the passionate Datto community. Agro- pay the man back his money or give him his diff (posted for free as you have said you would), Nickmitty- remove all posts from this forum with Agros personal details and then we can all go back to one big happy family!
I'm 6'8" and big as #OOPS# but I don't wanna fight anyone unless totally necessary!!!
