Glue for door seals?

What glue do I use for new door seals on my 1200? It clips in around the top and I need to glue around the bottom and the edges... Anyone recommend anything that has been successful?

Thanks

contact cement used for gluing down carpet tiles you need to paint both surfaces then when tacky aprox 1hr later stick together

I used clear silicone but probably not the best method.

The old auto rubber places can sell you some, their red coloured contact glue is great.

3M make the right stuff, from Scotch Tape to Sticky-Notes, they have a purpose made glue.

You can pick up the 3M weatherstrip adhesive from any SuperCheap Auto/ Repco.

It cost me $18.00

I know you haven't asked yet, But. If you get given the wrong door rubbers like i did or you are messy with the glue like I was. Don't spend weeks on trying to get it off with all sorts of stuff. PREPSOL will lift this stuff with ease, even when its cured.

I used the 3m and it worked well but it was yellow and you could see it. It looked $hit. Try get a black glue.
