Get a bigger lever!

If when you say "all ring up" that the hex s gone off the bolts then you're in a bit of trouble! You'll need to either die grind off the heads of the bolts or weld something on to them to get them off.

If the bolt hea is stripped. Try get a
Small pipe rench on to it. The more pressure you put on a pipe rench the more it will tighten and grip on the bolt head.

try belting a slightly smaller socket onto it, especially if you have already done a good job rounding it :) .. have you tried a little bit of heat with an oxy or a one of those bernzomatic butane burners? tried pouring penetrene on it liberally for a few nights prior to undoing it? also wurth do this spray that has penetrating oil combined with a freezing compound call rost-off which not many people know about but really helps. one of those metre long torsion bars really come in handy for doing jobs like this.

i know you can get it at toolmart in WA, it's expensive (about $20 a can) but well worth it over WD40 and the like...

Rost off ice if awesome ,works realy well

Couldnt you just grind the head of the bolts off then lift the head? Then undo the bolts ,and maybe soak them with Rost off or wd40

Good luck!
