A group buy might be an option if anyone's got time to organise it. Let Simon iterate a few more times though.

This might be a bit off topic right now but:
Getting custom parts cast is not as expensive as it used to be, CSIRO Clayton have in their advanced manufacturing facility a machine that 3D prints resin fixed sand molds. Alternatively getting the manifolds 3D printed in a suitable material (stainless steel) may work out alright to, especially if you want to fill the full build volume. The CSIRO machine achieved something like 95% density which was pretty cool. Go have a look if you ever get the chance. There are a bunch of places that offer metal 3D printing now.

Wound the boost up a little with Ziggy here yesterday. Just to 24Psi. it made 136.3Kw and 118Nm. We also set up a pressure sensor in the turbo manifold to check it V's inlet manifold pressure. The exhaust manifold pressure is 4.5Lb less than inlet pressure all the way through the range(once boost comes on).
This pressure differential gives me confidence to put a hotter cam in it. It cost $160 for cam and followers to be reground and $70 for new double springs. $250 all up, includes gaskets to do the job. I have it all here, so will swap them over when I get a chance.

A15??? This is a stock A12 motor from eBay. Original round port head, head bolts, standard head gasket, inlet manifold etc. Just 1 injector pointing into the turbo compressor and a 40mm throttle body bolted to the original manifold.

It is. D must have thought we were playing with Ziggy's ute. If I was, I wouldn't be talking about it in this thread. I do at least try to stay on topic :)
