this is my March '77 120Y 4 door sedan known as "The Defect"

it is pretty much as it is here but It has a bonnet, and isn't an auto any longer.... 4 speed
manual all the way...

I am planning "The Defect II" basically a 120Y with 180B/200B mechanicals...

don't know if I want to use a 3N71B (3 speed auto) or 63/71 series(4 speed manual) donor...

In *big western victorian town* there should be one paddock with a massive amount of stuffed (comprehensively farked through winter paddock thrashing) dattos, mainly 200B's, 120Y's and at least one B10 2 door sedan (I broke the front suspension in that one). Thats where our Ex paddock race cars go to die...
On the opposite side of *big western victorian town* there is another place with the current crop, last I knew we had a 260C (full 'lectric pimp options!), 3 200B's including an SX with its 5 factory mags, A bluebird, a 120y and a fairly farked 180B SSS 2 door...

No, I am Not saying where.

I am looking for an early model (1974-1976 120Y (sedan) grille

as for the 180B crossmember....

why not use the 200B one...

me and a mate got a free 120y of my uncle it was in good condition and would have been easily road worthy but hadnt been started in 9 yrs. we got it started that day and it ran like a gem. we then got a trailer to move it to his house were we drive all our bush bombs. we left it up the bush in some head land were we leave all our cars it was locked up and of we went. a week later we come back and someone had pinched it!!
