at least it was...until a psycho called Wayne Wakefeild (driving a rotary) slammed into him on the back straight. Seemed he didn't like being outdragged in a straight line...

Anyway, here's some shots of Mark Short's Improved Production race car in action at recent Nationals at Qld Raceway before he got Wakefeilded into the concrete...

120Y coupe
120Y coupe 2
120Y coupe 3

highlights of the car include SR20DET, in car adjustable sway bars, water cooled brakes etc etc

Are they any more shots of this car, in terms of the mechanicals. Very intriged with the water cooled brakes concept

no, I got the pics from the Qld Racing Driver Assoc website. I saw the car in the pits at the Nationals up here, and had a pretty good look over it but I didn't have a camera with me

I believe Mark is from Adelaide (or SA anyway) and has some track records for his class - over 3001cc.

That one at http://datnet.org/new/featurecars/007/index.shtml must be the fastest B210 in the US ... a chevy-powered 4-dr B210 sedan.

I suppose the only B210s to achieve faster acceleration were those dropped over Afghanistan ...

I had completely forgotten about the B210 drops over Afghanistan - weren't we young and silly back then?! I still keep in touch with lump_a_charcoal who has gone way, way under DLF cover.
