Poorly tuned A15, Weber, extractors. Otherwise standard.

Fuel was mostly too rich and valve clearance needs adjustment. Thanks to Sikyne for doing this, nice chap. Very keen to see how it goes with the Megasquirt controlling spark and fuel with the Quads. Hoping for a decent improvement.

Nice work simofromkynowhomadehimselfadyno! Squirt and quads with strong tunable spark is definitely worth doing. I do miss my revvy little 1000

A15 is rated for peak HP @ 6000 rpm. Did it make any more at 6?

Good point DD didnt see that. Maybe weber doesnt
have the right jets yet to warrant going higher?

Fuel was too rich through the middle, too lean at the top end (.94 lambda) and power was falling. So not wise to keep the run going. This is as high as we ran it.
It would have been good to be able to set valve clearances + optimise fuel and ign. Unfortunatly time was not on our side that afternoon.
The graph will still be a good referance for comparison, for when the new induction and programable ign are fitted.

Actually I thought given the mods of this A15 61HP is pretty respectable..............sort the jetting and the valves and I'd expect at least a 10% jump.

It will be interesting to see some more figures from various configurations....................keep up the nice work.
