The stock manifold may be used with a looping pipe (J-pipe) for mounting a turbo. But a more direct mount is more efficient (allows more power), the J-pipe is the easiest and quickest to fabricate. It will make a lot more HP than a stock engine. | The stock manifold may be used with a looping pipe (J-pipe) for mounting a turbo. J-pipe
The stock manifold may be used with a looping pipe (J-pipe) for mounting a turbo. But a more direct mount is more efficient (allows more power), the J-pipe is the easiest and quickest to fabricate. It will make a lot more HP than a stock engine.
POST B110SSS: The exhaust of a A15 with a 'j' made out of plumers steam pipe bends works very well and does'nt require any bracing as it is inherently very strong, similar to what 1200 rc has posted, a bit shorter. All flanges can then be profile cut from a decent thickness plate steel and mig welded to the steam pipe.
