4-door
Four door models include the 4-dr Sedan and 5-dr wagon.
2-door
Datsun 1200 2-door models include Sedan, Coupe, 2-dr wagon, and pickup versions.
- 2-dr Sedan and 2-dr coupe are long doors (same door bottom, different glass frames
- 2-dr wagon and Pickup use short doors (of 4-dr sedan type)

Coupe vs Sedan 2-drs
2-dr Coupe and 2-dr Sedan door stampings are the same, but the door window frame differs. These photos of coupe doors test-fitted to a sedan so vividly illustrate the difference, which is about 3 cm in height:
Drain Plugs
These drain plugs fit all Datsun 510, 1200, 620, and 280ZX. The plugs fit on the underside of the doors (2 per door). They help prevent rust by letting water out, and keeping mud from coming in.

Escutcheons
The chrome escutheon fits behind the interior door latch handle. Right and left units vary in the where the fitting screw hole is drilled, and where the rubber anti-rattle nub is fitted.

Exterior Handles
As you pull up on the door handle, it raises the latch rod. The rod snaps into the plastic 'holder' bushing.

Latch
It seems the latches is identical between 2-dr sedan, 4-dr sedan and Coupe. But there are right and left-hand parts.
The L-shaped rod on the left of this photo is to the Lock Cylinder. If turning the Key won't move the knob far enough to lock or unlock, trying bending this rod:
The other rod (which goes straight up) is to the interior Lock pull Knob

Parts
The B120 diagram here is almost identical to the Coupe, except that the insulator (80504F) is not used on the other models. The part numbers are mostly the same as Coupe, except for the latch and striker.
Coupe and 2-dr Sedan are identical.
4-dr sedan parts are mostly different, but the latch itself, escutcheon, and inside door handle (remote control) is the same on front doors. The striker and door handle are different.
