1978.04.18 Sunny Truck Modified Release launches nationwide April 18
Overview of the major change to the Sunny Truck Series are as follows.
1. Improvements and equipment specifications
(1) Larger cargo hooks.
(2) Adding rubber to the front bumper corners.
(3) Adopting new high back seats, and changing the inclination angle of the seat back.
(4) Adopting intermittent wipers.
(5) Three-point seat belts as standard.
(6) Adopting steering lock, passenger side sun visor, and passing light.
2. Changing the design
(1) Using a molded plastic radiator grille.
(2) Talbot type fender mirrors.
(3) Painted black rims on the rear combination lamps.
(4) Adopting round meters.
(5) Redesigning the steering wheel.
(6) Brown seats, instrument panel, door trim, steering wheel and gearshift knob.
