Color Temperature
The old-school incandescent light bulbᵂ is 2700K, a "soft white" color with a slightly yellowish glow. The color temperatureᵂ over 5000 K are called "cool colors" (bluish), while lower color temperatures (2700–3000 K) are called "warm colors" (yellowish).

Bright White is a whiter color that appears brighter even at the same lumens.
Brightness
We typically think of the brightness of a light bulb in wattage. However, wattage simply represents the amount of energy needed to use the bulb. The lumens scale indicates the brightness of a bulb — energyearth.com
This means a 35W incandescent bulb and a 35W LED bulb will have very different brightness. In fact the LED version of a 35W indicator bulb only uses about 4W.
The lumen (lm) is the SI derived unit of luminous flux, a measure of the total quantity of visible light emitted by a source. Luminous flux differs from power (radiant flux) in that radiant flux includes all electromagnetic waves emitted, while luminous flux is weighted according to a model of the human eye's sensitivity to various wavelengths.
