Hilti (manufacturer of explosive power tools) makes a mesh clip nail which can be used on top of the cover for the cables, after removing the nail from the clip and drilling the hole out to the appropriate size.

Hayashi Racing
In 2018 or 2019 Hayashi produced a limited run of Hayashi Racing finned covers available in raw, black, and wrinkle red finishes. These retailed at around $1600AUD.
As of the end of 2019/start of 2020, they now produce a few new designs by another Japanese person/company with DATSUN and SUNNY in a plain font, these are around $600AUD.
