It seems that Sunny will gather over 100 units! It was the beginning that I heard the information. And toward Nagano Prefecture, Nomugitoge. How about doing it! I saw there Sunny, thanks to you, SUNNYYYYYYY! There were truly more than 100 Sunny gathered. It was just a Sunny heavenly day!!

ファントムグリルにワンオフのフロントスポイラーがひときわ目をひく、乾 和男さんのサニトラ。USパーツや110用リアバンパー、そしてハーレー用のマフラーエンドなど、後にまわっても個性あふれるパーツのテンコ盛り。細かく、センスよく手が入った一台だ。
The Phantom Grill and one-off front spoiler on Kazuo Inui's Sunny Truck are particularly eye-catching. It's loaded with a ton of unique parts, including US parts, a 110 rear bumper, and a Harley muffler end. It's a car that's been meticulously and tastefully worked on.

低い車高に前後8Jのワイドタイヤが収まる姿が、かっこいいの一言。蓼原さんの210バンはエンジンも 1607cc仕様のフルチューン。この速さとかっこ良さが仲良しの秘訣。実はポンコツレーシングの会長さんなのです。
The low ride height and wide 8J tires are simply cool. Tadehara's 210 van also has a fully tuned 1607cc engine. This speed and coolness is the secret to their friendship. He is actually the president of Ponkotsu Racing.

の引っ張りって感じで、さすがにチューブ入りとか。エンジンはA14が載ってます。
"It was lower before," Matsushita-san said with a laugh. If it was lower, it would have to land. The tires were also pulling at their limit, and they were probably fitted with tubes. The engine was an A14.
Mr. Hitosugi's A15 twin-carb sedan #Q-car
110セダンにぺったりの車高、ホイールはハヤシキャスト。エンジンはA15改。乗ってて楽しいのがサニーの魅力という一杉さん。オレンジのペイントも決まってます。
The car is flat against the 110 sedan, and the wheels are Hayashi Cast. The engine is a modified A15. Hitosugi says that the appeal of the Sunny is that it's fun to drive. The orange paint is also perfect.

Mari Terai's Sunny Truck
寺井麻理さん、26歳がオーナー。サニーの魅力は「乗せられている感じがしないところ」となかなか解かってますね ~~。ホイールやグリルも渋い。
The owner is Mari Terai, 26 years old. She understands that the appeal of the Sunny is that it "doesn't feel like you're driving it." The wheels and grille are also cool.
Mr. PON says he likes exhaust notes like a motorcycle
オートバイみたいなエキゾーストノートが気に入ってるところというPONさん。エンジンノーマル+吸排気はソレタコ仕様。シートはレカロを装着。
PON-san likes the motorcycle-like exhaust note. The engine is standard and the intake and exhaust are standard. The seats are Recaro.

A Fun Sunny Meeting
長野を中心に活動しているサニー&サニトラ系Q車クラブの「信州ポンコツレーシング」と「湘南サニートラッカーズ」が主催したポンコツサニーミーティング。その時の様子をちょっと紹介しよう。
The Sunny meeting was organized by the Nagano-based Sunny & Sunny Truck Q-car clubs "Shinshu Ponkotsu Racing" and "Shonan Sunny Truckers". Let me give you a little glimpse of what it was like at the time.

On April 23rd, just before Golden Week, the Ponkotsu Sunny Meet was held in the parking lot of Nomugi Pass Ski Resort in Nagano, organized by the trustworthy Ponkotsu Racing Shonan Sunny Truckers. Most of the participants were familiar with each other, and as they gathered with good friends, the atmosphere at the venue was very friendly! Let's take a look at some of the cars that gathered that day, including some cool Sunnys and some cool Sunny Trucks.

今でも根強い人気を保っているサニー&サニトラ、いじりやすくて手を入れればその結果がハッキリ現れる。乗ればカンカン上まで気持ちよく回って、踏んでいるだけで楽しくなるのもA型の魅力だ。
The Sunny and Sunny Trucks are still popular to this day, and are easy to tinker with, so the results are clear when you put your hands on them. The A-type is also appealing in that it spins up and down smoothly, and just pedaling it is fun.

I managed to make my worn out B110 Sunny look this good all by myself.
Nardi steering wheels, Ricaro and Bride seats
ステアリングはナルヂィ、メーターパネルベタコメーターを埋め込む。シートは運転席がリカロ、助手席はブリッド、クラッチはマーチ凡流用、何をやるにしてもサビとの戦いだった。
The steering wheel was a Nardi, the meter panel had a tachometer built in. The driver's seat was a Ricaro, the passenger seat was a Bride, and the clutch was a March. Whatever I did, I had to fight against rust.
Solex carburetors and Octopus Feet extractors/headers
ブライベーターらしくオイルゲージにドライバーの柄。
The oil gauge and driver handle are perfect for a privateer.
燃料ポンプは新品の電磁ボンプ。これだけで変わる。
The fuel pump is a new electromagnetic pump. This alone makes a difference.
Hayashi wheels and Matsuoka air dam
ホイールは前後13×7 Jオフ-8のハヤシ、アッパーマウイントはシルビア消を流用する。
The wheels are 13x7J offset-8 Hayashi front and rear, and the upper mount is a reused Silvia wheel.
フロントの足は自作車に講。ちなみにフロントスポイラーはマツオカのTS)。
The front legs are from a homemade car. The front spoiler is a Matsuoka TS.
