Datsun 1200 side lamps are used either as running lamps (USA) or indicators/blinkers/flashers (Australia). Because USA purpose is for visibily (instead of turn signals) they are made larger to be more visible, and are fitted front and rear. USA B110 markers are approximately the same size as B210 worldwide markers.

107 x 24 mm side lights are used as winker/blinker (indicator) lamp in worldwide (non-North America) markets, including Japan, Europe and Oceania.

North America
Side lamps are larger on North American models, also the fenders come with a larger hole to match. Euro/Asia guards/wings can be used on America 1200s, if the hole is enlarged. Australia moved to the same-sized large lights with the 1974 120Y.

SAE PI69 and A69 are found on many cars and indicate meeting the 1969 standards.

NOTE: The lamp packing wraps around the housing and thus acts as a gasket between body panel and housing and between housing and rim/lens.

R and L lens is the same. They are marked 'TOP' on both edges so they can be turned over for correct bevel for the intended side (Lens is thicker at front edge matching the curvature of the fender).

Lenses are marked same as fronts IKI 5003/IKI 7007 but of course the color differs. ICHIKO (IKI) was the company that sourced these parts for Nissan.

What's the difference between Coupe and Sedan rear side light? They look the same, but since the coupe uses longer screws, perhaps the lamp housing is thicker?

Wiring
Wiring connectors differ between early, late 1200s and differ for various countries. Early 1200 lamps use bullet connectors.
Interchange
Only the 1200 lights interchange. However, USA 620 lenses interchange with USA 1200.
620
In USA, the 620 side marker lenses look identical. The front lamp assembly looks nearly the same as the 1200, except the packing (gasket) may be beveled (?) The rear uses a highly-angled lamp housing.

Pointed Lens
Pointed lens is used by B210 and 240Z and (late USA) 510. B110 is rectangular, compared to the slightly pointed rectangle type.
