What exactly are you trying to start?
SRB210 is right. - Even if you win YOU are still a retard.
I've noticed you've been a member of this forum for a couple of years. and that's great. - Really it is. - Your comments clearly speak for your experience.
I'm pretty sure I said most of this before, But for those amongst us "who can't read that good" - I'll sat it again. - I've had 4 1200 utes (6 if you count rollers), 2 of which had 17's. - the 2nd ute I owned "N01200" (Search that, pics on here) was built at the end of 2001 & was the test bed for Maddat's 1200 / CA conversion kit, Mazda 4 spot / coil over kit. - It had 17" Lenzo's before I sold it. - THEY WERE CRAP. - My 3rd ute had a set of CUSTOM MADE, $2500 FR17'S in 17 x 7 & 17 x 8.5 with mini tubs. - THEY TOO, WERE CRAP.
I've owned ALOT of cars in my time & spent alot of money, made good friends & learned alot of lessons. - What did I learn? - "Less, is more". - This goes for every thing. - Wheels, wild engine conversions, body mods, the lot. - Keep the car "period". - Don't make it look like something it's not.
As for your "Jap rims" statement. I'm pretty sure a previous post of mine said "Old school jap rims is where it's at". - Hm, Don't think I could find a pic of a JDM Sunny truck with 17's on it (Not that I bothered to look, to gay for me) - I think you'll find that fat dish 13 - 15's is the norm.
While we are on the subject of Jap rims, I just so happned to have purchased a few in my time.
Take, for example the 18 x 10.5 insh SSR's on our workshop '97 V-spec GT-R. (Sorry, my 06 Softail kinda in the way there)
Where do you think they come from?
What do you think they cost?
I'm done with this thread.
