sounds like a good alternative and probably neater design.

Anyone know of crank pulley kits to remove air con and power steering?
eg. alloy crank pulley kits? or better to just machine the 2 others from
the ogirinal and have it rebalanced?

I have machined down a few of the crank pulleys but I wouldn't recommend it for everyone as i also scotch keyed the pulleys to stop them turning on the rubber and falling apart, but if you are after an after market one Ross Tuffbond Balancers do make up race pulleys for the CA

hey
i need to know what sensors i do and dont need as i am thinking of making a custom loom that will fit straight into my 1200.

as i am in the process of getting all new EFI harness plugs (i can get them in bulk) and need to know what sensors i can eliminate to make the loom as simple as possible !

To get rego in WA you need to run factory ecu and retain all the sensors and pollution equipment etc. It is a massive job to make a custom loom. I used the engine bay harness and then chopped up the other half of the harness removing all the stuff not required and combined the 1200 loom into this. Bits needed to be extended etc. But it still took a considerable amount of time.

Even with my experience I would not start a loom from scratch. (p.s. I have done more than just teaching)
