D an a series wont realisticly make those figures ,and even if iot did it weouldnt be a reliable way to have 200+hpin a 1200

sure its been done by a few people but to be honest its not a viable option for most people ,and would take alot of money and time to do ,then you need to find a gearbox thatll handle it and that will bolt to an A series

go rotary! would be awesome

Whichever powerplant you go for Andy, there's one golden rule to stick to: Whatever cost you come to to do your conversion/mod/power upgrade, double it!!

I built injected and supercharged a15. It put out just over 200 rwhp on the dyno I drove it every day for 2 years with out any problems. It cost me around $3000 to build. But I did buy the engine as a package and fit it all myself. ;)

What I am trying to say is if you hold out engine packages come up some times that can save you some money. I have just fitted an rb20det to my 240z. I bought it as a package that came from another 240z. It's. Bolted in and i about to wire it all up. So far it has cost me $3000 I can't see it costing me much more than this.

4age using a t50 box fits in a standard tunnel,nissan boxes dont,
a turbo gze will make 250hp all day every day, they can be stroked to 1.8 easy to.and they sit really low in engine bay.
i think you should just slam the car on its guts and save petty putting round with a nice econmical and rev happy a12

What would you do as far as the engine mounts are concerned on the 4age, and what car would use the T50 Box that you are talking about?
I gotta admit the A12 does go really well with the mods that has been done to it sofar.

You could register a single rotor made from modified 13b that with boost could make a reliable 220hp and weigh just less than an A series with easy to source S1 and S2 boxes.
