Fastest top speed was a modded R34GTR skyline 250kmh and still pulling hard.(Only a passenger at that speed) Quickest off the line would have to be my mates stroked chev in a one tonner, trick auto with big sticky rear tyres around 500hp. Around a racetrack would be my ca181200 coupe.
Ahh yes and the time I fanged that nicci 650 what a hoot 0-60 in around a minute

I once drove an Audi TT demonstrator at 220 ks with the salesman in the passenger seat....
My mate has a twin turbo six in his Celica that goes harder than the TT.....
As a passenger I've been in numerous Porsche,Skyline,Evo's,Ferrari's,Wrx's.In track, targa, rally spec....
Fastest i ever went was about 290 ks in Paul Stokell's Lambo down the back straight at Symmons...

Bluebird TRX, Stock as can be on the outside. FJ20DET with all the trimmings. Was good fun until the lower control arms appeared through the floorpan on a hard 1st to 2nd change. Sold car as figured the forged bottom end with real power would be trouble. Still looking for a suitable reciepient, maybe a navara ute. Full chassis and not expected, and as a bonus should be a bolt in. . . Plenty of other projects first.

fastest car i've ever DRIVEN would be a extend port 13B turbo gen1 RX7. it ran a 10.8 later with a bigger 45mm wategate and revised exhaust manifold ,but when i drove it, it had the 32mm gate on it and ran a 11.5. pretty restrictive exhaust manifold!

anyways, this thing was a monster in ANY gear. i was actually scared of opening it up. 18psi and a nice big TO4/T66 hybrid turbo made this thing light up if you nailed it in fourth on the freeway at 100kph - actually, that bit was fun.

fastest car i've been a passenger in was Rob Mitchell's 20B HB cosmo down the back straight at wanneroo raceway. i was seeing the speedo wind off the clock, with only 5000rpm on the tacho in third! SO MUCH torque - i've never experienced anything like that before.

I couldn't tell ya how fast I've been. My old RX3's clock onpy went up to 200, and the fastest V8 I've driven ran out of speedometer at 120MPH. It's a wonderfull feeling when the needle is at 120 (MPH) , and pushing the pedal all the way to the floor throws you back in your seat.Of all the cars Ive been fast in, that one gets smoother the faster you go.

Dont make me laugh! Engine would'nt cope, you have got to be kidding. Unless your bearings are knocking so bad that the paint falls off the motor, then I think youd be suprised what they can take. I hit a downhill straight in my first coupe at 6000 in top , and by the time I had to slowdown it was pulling nealy 7000. As long as you have plenty oil oil, and a good radiator you can drive 'em as hard as you like. Thats why I love them.
