I have not rung around yet just wondering if anyone can tell me where to find U-bolts and the bottom plate and the top plate where the u-bolts sit to suit a ute diff. Can I buy them new or what other models have h165? Do 120y borgwarner u-bolts fit? Or does anyone have any they could sell?

Cheers

Not enough info to answer your questions.

Do you need bottom plates for a 1200 sedan, wagon or coupe?

I think you'll have to make the bottom plates yourself, if it's going into a sedan.

If the diff didn't come with the hand brake mechanism, so mods will be required to fit the sedan one. Requires a square plate with 4 holes in it to offset the centre mount for the handbrake cables.

Most spare parts places stock U bolts, same goes for trailer shops but depending if you run lowering blocks - the U bolts at the trailer shop might be too short.

Im chasing the U-bolts and bottom plates and the little top bit that the u-bolts sit on so that I can bolt the ute diff into the sedan.

If I do not find any I might have to take them off your hands.

Hi Danial,Head straight to Kelly's wrecking on beams rd, I think you know the place, and grab all the hardware that secures the diff to the springs but you will also need to weld the shock mounts from a sedan diff to the ute diff,I have done it to my ute diff so if you want to see how it go's drop me a line
cheers Ade
