Datsun 1200s came with different types of seats, depending on the market. Front seat style include: fixed, tilting (folding) and reclining. The coupe rear seat folds down. Different trim levels got different materials, namely vinyl or vinyl with cloth inserts. Sedan and Coupe seats generally differ in the cut and level of support padding. Some market like Australia produced seats locally. Head restraints were optional in some markets, but standard in USA.

Adapting Seats
B210* seats and B310 seats will fit right into the B110. Just unbolt the rails from your seats and bolt them to the new seat:
Seat Slide (aka Seat Rail)
* early B210 seats fit B110 directly * late B210 seats have a non-flat bottom
If you don't have the B110 rails, you can adapt B210 or B310 slides:
Modifying B310 brackets to fit B110 chassis
Many, many other seats will fit into your Datsun 1200. You can use flat plates to adapt the 1200 rails to the new seats:
Chassis Brackets - for flat seat runners
Just get 2 lengths of 50mm x 5mm flat bar bolted to the bottom of the seat front to back (or side to side) and then bolt the B110 rails to the flat bar. On some seats you may need to grind a bit off the Datsun runner if it hits the bolt that holds the seat to the flat bar.

Australia Legalities
Seats must be mod plated (conform to Australia Design Rules).
Be really careful when fitting different rails to different seats, like Datsun rails to Toyota seats. Reportedly, Engineers have said it is very difficult to get them mod plated, which all aftermarket seats have to be. You really need to spend some extra coin and at least get an engineer to design your fabrication. Then have th4 engineer do the work, or you can do the work and have the engineer to mod plate it for you.
