Aluminium piping for my SR20 sunny.
It is 2" on the turbo side and 2.5" on the throttle body side. I was going to powder coat it but polished it instead, and am really happy with the results. |

to any one wanting to do this conversion...make sure you know exactly which calipers you are getting
these ones are crap, need to machine the hub down for clearance, can only fit a 245mm rotor and they dont even fit in 13s
so these calipers are pretty much only good as a wheel chock |

| Just got my Trix back tonight. Thanks to my friend Karel who fitted the new garret t3/4 and external wastegate and electric fans front and back of radiator. I must say there is a world of diffference to the old T2.5. Sounds great too!! A Dyno tune will be done soon.. I expect to see agreat increase since the last 93 hp on rw!! |

| Motor not running, just switched everything on, and timed it right to get all the pretty lights. After market gauges from the left, Oil temp, Oil pressure, Boost. Dicktator box can be seen bottom left, red LED power indicator, has a green one to for indicating injectors, as well as a yellow one for timing. Steering must still be cleaned up, and new hooter button made. |

After many failed attempts at finding an original fuel tank, I found this one. I almost did Fanta injection, but this is a mere Coka Cola canister... Found it while dumping some garden refuge. It's slightly one the small sid, holds only 18 liters, but if I find an original tank, I'll just feed that into this one, and this will act as a giant swirl tank. Will have to pickle some extra juice with when going out. Bolted down properly, it won't go anywhere.
Pump is a 6 bar 180l/h one I got from a VW shop. Battery not yet bolted down, this one is almost shot, and is my Mazda double cab's old one, want to get a slightly smaller one. |

| My brand new camry sv20 radiator, cost $235 but well worth it as the needle didnt budge over 80*C and about 70 when cruising through the hills. It used to push 90-100 and overheated quickly during skids. The radiator is a perfect fit for a 1200 with the rad support chopped and hose locations are perfect for the L series. |

| head finally back on, i was scaratching my own head as to why the timing chain seemed too short and the cam sprocket wouldnt fit back on. Eventually i removed the timing cover again and found the chain tensioner had fallen out, i have no idea how i managed that as i had the wedge tightly in there, must have let the chain slack of a bit trying to fit the cam sprocket, problem fixed now! |
