Gearbox Bearings
- Use a general bearing supplier, like CBC Bearings or SKF. They should be able to supply them if you can give them the numbers off the existing bearings, they have them in stock and far less dollars than Nissan. This is one case where buying from Nissan is not economical.

VALVE SPRINGS
- wikipedia:BMC A-serie engine use the same valvespring sizes as the Datsun A-series -- partE S-002-8. Approx. $58.81 USD
- Nissan Motorsport competition dual springs with aluminum retainers. These are for high-rpm use with a compatible camshaft.
- Crane (discontinued) part# 902-0002 are a single spring rated at 80 lbs. closed at 1.531" installed height, and 209 lbs. at 1.131".
- Crane Mini springs (for Austin Mini)
- Iskenderian JA-006 inner springs (for dual spring use) are the right diameter but not enough pressure.
