Front Doors
Same front doors are use by 4-door sedan, 4-dr van and Truck
2-door sedan and Coupe use long doors. The bodies are nearly the same, but the window frames are different.
Coupe vs Sedan 2-doors
2-dr Coupe and 2-dr Sedan door stampings are the same, but the door window frame differs. These photos of coupe doors test-fitted to a sedan so vividly illustrate the difference, which is about 3 cm in height.
Further, coupe and 2-door Door Card varies.
The 2-door inside metal is finished (here in black paint) and uses a mini door card
The 2-door coupe door-top is completely covered by the fabric door card
Rear Doors
4-dr Sedan and 4-dr Van use different doors with differently-shaped glass.
4-door
Four door models include the 4-dr Sedan and 5-dr wagon.
The lower part of the doors are identical 4-door Sedan to 4-door Wagon.
2-door
Datsun 1200 2-door models include Sedan, Coupe, 2-dr wagon, and pickup versions.
- 2-door Sedan and 2-door coupe are long doors (same door bottom, different glass frames)
- 2-door wagon and Pickup use short doors (of 4-door sedan type)

Door Panel Assembly include the skin, door frame and the sash/window frame
Door Outside Panel, commonly known as the "skin" is the exterior panel sheet, which could be replaced by weldeding to the door frame

Escutcheons
The chrome escutcheon is located behind the interior door latch handle. Right and left vary, in the location where the fitting screw hole is drilled, as well as where the rubber anti-rattle nub is fitted.

Exterior Handles
As you pull up on the door handle, it raises the latch rod. The rod snaps into the plastic 'holder' bushing.

Latch
It seems the latches is identical between 2-dr sedan, 4-dr sedan and Coupe. But there are right-side and left-side parts.
In 1969, Sunny was upgraded to the rack & pinion Safety Lock style and this was used by Datsun 1200.

The B120 diagram here is almost identical to the Coupe, except that the insulator (80504F) is not used on the other models. The part numbers are mostly the same as Coupe, except for the latch and striker.
Coupe and 2-dr Sedan latch parts are identical.
4-dr sedan parts are mostly different, but the latch itself, escutcheon, and inside door handle (remote control) is the same on front doors. The striker and door handle are different.

Drain Plugs
These drain plugs fit all Datsun 510, 1200, 620, and 280ZX. The plugs fit on the underside of the doors (2 per door). They help prevent rust by letting water out, and keeping mud from coming in.

All 1200 doors have a rubber bumpier, so when you slam the door, it softly stops it.

Sealing Screen
Door screen seal
black adhesive fastens this plastic sheet to the door panel. Even after 30 years the adhesive is still gooey and pliable.

At the factory a plastic sheet is put on the door panel (behind the Door Cards) and seals water and moisture from getting into the interior.
