I dont know if anybody can see from the pics, but can some body tell we what type of Motor this is. Ive been told by one guy that it is a A12 GX motor, and some other idiot insists that it is a A12 SSS motor.

Here are a couple of hubs, the shallow one is from a Nissan Nomad (year 86' or later with vented 250mm disks) and the taller one is from my girlock callipered Stanza strut.
I've measured this against a Vanette hub and they are identical with a hieght of 34mm from face to mounting tab. The Nomad unit has a height of 24mm from face to mounting tab. |

the reason for the rebuild
didnt make any noises when i drove the car...the noise of the car being on limiter could have masked it though
only noticed that the front bearing was dead coz i wanted to replace the front oil seal, then saw half the bearing cage sticking out of the bearing |

knocked this up a couple of days ago, using rubber engine mount and the corssmember notch and getting rid of the hump in the CA sump i got the engine to sit as low as the L series is
only a couple of mm clearance from sump to crossmember....still have to mod the rear of the sump for drag link clearance also |
