| Easy, homemade puller. Many of you know how this works. For those that don't, the center bolt is threaded through the block and pushes on the steering shaft. The block then pulls up on the outer bolts that are treaded into the wheel. |

Pics are of the carb top removed, and upside down. Adjust the float so it's level when held upside down like this.
This carb had a high fuel level as seen in the float bowl window. After the adjustment it is within the guide circle in the bowl window. |

| B310 seats fit nicely into B110. The runners have the same spacing (15-3/4 left-to-right and 12-3/8 front to back). Use the B110 runners, or bend the B310 angled ears perpendicular and they fit the B110 chassis. The outside brackets of the B310 bolts to the floor, so cut the bracket with a hacksaw to match the 1200's bracket as shown here. And drill the hole (one per seat). |

pic of the sunny strut on the car (1200 coupe). The only modification needled to fit these struts is slightly enlarge the three strut mounting holes at the top of the strut tower. other than that it bolts up perfectly and i would highly recommend it as a cheap, easy and effective upgrade to the standard 1200 front suspension and brakes.
(note: I used the sunny control arm and radius rod as they two where of stronger build) |

sunny part locations: strut = left, disc = bottom, caliper = bottom, rubber mounted trust bearing = right.
as you can see the sunny strut is just like a heavy duty version of the 1200 unit.
(note: the sunny strut is off a sunny P/Van, so it could be different to a standard one?)

Ive been busy this week made up the new exhuast system 3" mandrel bends some flexi pipe a resonator then splits into dual 2 1/4" for road clearance I like the big oval exit pipe just squished a bit of 4" pipe and cut it at the right angle with 9" grinder  |
