| I"m in the process of putting everyting back in. It's my first time to do this but it's easier than I thought. I took lots of pictures which have really helped a lot. Since I cna only work on it on the weekends I think it'll probably be at least 2 weeks before I'm ready to drop the engine back in. I'm slow and am a little confused about some steps in reassemblign the engine block. I hope I figure it out soon before my engine starts to rust over.. |

| Just got these from ztherapy.com. Too bad the car/engine aren't ready for them yet. They completely rebuilt SU's, replace everything wearable, new needles, replate everything etc. Not cheap but fortunately I had several parts to trade in (manifolds, z carbs etc) to give me a good chunk back. They also did up a custom linkage for my B310, custom heat shield, opened up the manifold balance tube and cleaned it up while it was there. ALso the carbs are "de-smogged" - though I'm not sure what that means exactly. |

| You can't really tell but he orange peel is even worse on the engine bay than the test hood I did. Must be a problem with the surface prep or something. But anyway I don't have any choice but to live with it. Don't have time to resand and respray or to figure out what the problem is. At least the orange peel is uniform so it looks halfway intentional :) |

| This is the Mitsubishi piston i am using in my A12 stroker setup. stock it is a 75.5mm but comes in std/0.5mm/1mm oversize it has a 3.2 cc dish but i have had them machined down .015" to make them flat tops and then have cut in valve pockets. they have 18mm pins and the top ring is also 6.5 mm down the skirt allowing for a exhaust valve pocket to be cut into the block.(for 33mm exhaust valve clearance) |

| This is Nissan 305 Light Blue Metallic, an original color for my '79. This was really a test though I am goign to end up using this hood. It's a little darker than I thought but I like it anyway. I'm using acryllic enamel paint (single stage application). I think I put it on too thick because I ended up with a pretty heavy orange peel finish. But oh well, it's not too bad anyway and this is a daily driver :) Tomorrow a pro painter is goign to come by and do the engine bay. HOpefully it'll be a little more smooth. |

| This is a local Telephone exchange. It has about thirty customers, & the furthest is about 32k or 20 miles away. Just about everyone wants broadband, & we can make it work out to about 10k under ideal conditions, but usually about 5k will see it out. It's all dirt roads, Cows, Kangaroos & Wombats out here. I sometimes find interesting Datsuns on remote farms, but no KB10s yet. |

COOPS 1200 SEDAN AFTER RUNNING A 2:11 AT PHILLIP ISLAND CIRCUIT
The car sounded awesome and handled very well. In typical 1200 fashion showed alot of more exotic machinery including a Porsche 924 turbo and a lotus elite a clean pair of tailights  (eat 1200 dust!!!!)
Good job Coops! I look forward to sandown in three weeks.
