| So ive finally have turbocharged my 120y thanks to harry .I will be doing a bit of work to this in the near future . So far ive put a a14 head on my a12 block and bollted the turbo set up on next was the oil side of things once this was all done it started quit easy ...its quit smooth to 3000rpm then boost comes on and its pulls quit well ,i have no gauges set up as yet and only went down the street but was impressed with that so now its back into my garage for now to fit the larger radiator and thermo fans |

got sum wrong information given to me nearly cost
me $300+
the ute was running a navara flywheel and clutch
kit ( bigger diameter) and i was just told that the
pressure plate and clutch plate jsut bolt on to the
stock s13 flywheel, this is not true, i got the stock
s13 clutch kit cheap thinking yeh just downgrade
and save sum money, not the case.
had to get the s13 flywheel for the s13 clutch kit,
the s13 kit wont bolt onto the navara flywheel
ne1 want a navara flywheel... its machined and all

Right well all this stuff makes your car go, go faster i mean :P
We have a set of Cosworth pistons, a new cam and grind #125 (specs lying around here somewhere) lightned flywheel (now weighs 5.2kg), extra swirl on my A15 head, resurfaced lifters, polished crankshaft, full gasket, ring & bearing kit.
The whole job for my engine cost me $1255.45
Not too bad considering i got quoted above $800 jsut for a standard rebuild.. |

im not using the heater so i just cut the pipe section that has the turbo inlet hose attached.
i looped it on the inlet side with a few 90 deg hoses.
now i had to lengthen the small turbo water inlet hose and that is the only one that runs behind the motor now.. |
